Great to "discover" this group. While I live across the river on Lenox, I've been involved with historic preservation and neighborhood revitalization since the early 1970s when I bought my first house on Capitol Hill in DC. In my third career, I am now a Realtor and actually have some clients interested in the Lewis St house so am trying to contact the folks who are involved in this project. I'd also be happy to offer any no obligation Realtor assistance (market analysis, etc, marketing suggestions).
Hi Lee, I had the pleasure of staying with the Janke's with my wife and son back in 2008. I admire Ken's work there and the tremendous community spirit you have. Simply wanted to show some solidarity with that. My good friends are Micha & Jayne Jazz who also live in the UK and are part of the community.

Hi Lee - thanks for the welcome! Unfortunately, it's hard for us to make meetings at this point because of our 10-month-old twins but I follow the CSNA news via my email and look forward to being a more active member in the future .... is there a group in Chatham Square for mother's with young children? I'd love to find out and try to meet others in the area with kids ....
