Police Survey

The New Haven Police Department recently released a Community Survey to its
website, (http://www.cityofnewhaven.com/police/). In an effort to bolster
survey participation, I am writing to request that you take a few moments to
fill out the survey, and forward it along to other members of your block
watch groups, as well as to anyone else you know who may be benefitted by
it. Below is a brief introduction to/explanation for our efforts, followed
by a direct link to the survey.

The New Haven Police Department is committed to revitalizing its
community-based policing strategies within each of the cities diverse
neighborhoods. Our continued focus will be on the community, and on further
developing the relationship between the New Haven Police Department and the
citizens of New Haven.

Please take a few minutes to complete the following brief survey. Your
input is very important, and provides us with the information necessary to
fully understand the issues affecting you and your neighborhood, and how we
