Event Description
The purpose of the American Lung Association Better Breathers Club is to offer patient-centered and community-based educational opportunities and support to people living with chronic lung disease and their families.
This first meeting will go over the benefits of mindfulness and meditation while focusing on controlling shortness of breath. This group, sponsored by the American Lung Association, will continue to meet the last Wednesday of every month. If you or a family member is living with lung disease, this is a meeting for you.
