 ne's E-stop\nIdentify and demonstrate proper use of Personal Protectiv
 e Equipment (PPE)\nExplain and Identify Lock Out-Tag Out procedure and
  guidelines for the milling machine\nList/adhere to all shop/lab safet
 y rules established by Make Haven\nIdentify the location and function 
 of the components on the mill\nDemonstrate safe insertion and removal 
 of cutting tools\nDemonstrate adequate clamping/fixturing procedure of
  work-piece\nDemonstrate proper start up and speed selection sequence 
 for both belt driven and variable-speed spindles\nIdentify and confirm
  proper spindle rotation for intended cutting tool\nIdentify and expla
 in the function of machines preventative maintenance (TPM) requirement
 s\nDemonstrate the accurate and safe squaring of the machine's vise\nD
 emonstrate and explain the need for accurate edgefinding of a workpiec
 e\nDemonstrate proper care and use of precision measuring tools (dial 
 indicator, micrometer, dial caliper)\nReference the Machinists Handboo
 k for proper tool selection / cutting speeds and feeds.\n\n \nThis is
  an in-person, hands-on class. Partipants will be required to wear a m
