 dressed like a cowboy when he was young or Barbara Harris who made her
  daughter a ghost costume.\nHere at Chatham Place at Mary Wade we like
  to make a big fuss and build their excitement bringing back memories 
 and reminding them they are never too old to celebrate Halloween.  St
 aff and family members will fill the street and host a Willy Wonka the
 med party for the residents: DJ, photo booth with props and back drops
 , games and prizes for the best costumes different categories. And you
  got it right, there will be a ton of great costumes.\nLocal organizat
 ions joined in the fun with a Pumpkin Palooza contest. Pumpkins are de
 corated and judged – with prizes being handed out in different categ
