Make Haven is excited to host our Pilot Community Repair Fair, a hands-on event focused on empowering you to repair your beloved items! \nWe' re thrilled to partner with the Yale Engineering, whose talented stud ent volunteers will be on hand to share their skills and guide you thr ough the repair process.\nHow It Works: The \"Fix-It Clinic\" Model\nT his isn't a drop-off service! Think of this as a collaborative learnin g workshop. You bring an item, and together with our volunteer coaches , you'll diagnose the problem and work towards a fix.\nYou participate : Be prepared to work on your item with guidance.\nVolunteers guide:  Our skilled volunteers are here to advise and assist, sharing their k nowledge. They are enthusiastic helpers, not certified professionals.\ nLearn new skills: The goal is education and empowerment, reducing wa ste one repair at a time!\nTake it home: All items must leave with th eir owners at the end of their slot; we cannot store items.\nTo ensure everyone gets dedicated attention, advance registration is required  for a specific 30-minute time slot between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
