Event Description
Keep your kids healthy by letting them play outside! The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends children have at least 1 hour of physical activity per day.
We invite our patients to have a guided hike and play time in nature with volunteers from FHCHC, Urban Resources Initiative, and Friends of East Rock Park, followed by a healthy snack and hot cocoa at Trowbridge Environmental Center in East Rock Park. Every Tuesday, from 3:30-4:30PM!
