Afternoon workshop:
- Watch the documentary Food Stamped (2011)
- Participate in an interactive food demo, cooking dishes that are good, cheap, and healthy.
- Learn how to menu plan and get concrete suggestions to be more inventive in the kitchen.
Be inspired to cook inexpensive, nourishing meals!
