What is an edible rain garden?/
¿Qué es un jardín de lluvia comestible?
A rain garden is a shallow basin that is planted to capture and filter stormwater that runs off of our roofs, roads, and parking lots in order to keep pollution from flowing into rivers and Long Island Sound. An edible rain garden is filled with plants that provide edible fruits and/or vegetables.
All necessary equipment will be provided. Please wear shoes and clothes that can get dirty!
