Event Description
The Landlord Entrepreneurship Affordability Program (LEAP) provides training and financing to help first time home buyers purchase, renovate, and be responsible owner-occupants of 2-4 family homes in Fairfield, New Haven, Litchfield, or Hartford Counties.
LEAP is available exclusively from the Housing Development Fund, a CT-based nonprofit dedicated to making home ownership achievable and sustainable for all.
