Uncontrolled high blood pressure raises the risk for heart disease and stroke, which are leading causes of death in the United States. Home Care VNA will be performing high blood pressure screenings and helpful info. Walk-in, no appointment required. Learn more about Home Care's skilled nursing services and certified home health aide program. Attendees will receive an assortment of free personal health items too.
