Spend a Sunday afternoon with Young and learn hands-on how to make a tote bag. She will walk though how to create a template from an existing tote bag or brand new, cut out the fabric, sew it into creation and, optionally, add a few fun patches. Participants will work in pairs to help each other and share knowledge.
No experience necessary though familiarity with a sewing machine is beneficial. Materials for the tote bag are provided, participants are welcomed to bring their own patches if they would like to add those on.
