Alzheimer's Support Group to assist individuals who are caring for someone suffering with dementia. Support Group Facilitator is Gail Donahue, LPN. GDonahue@marywade.org, 203.562.7222
Second Wednesday of each Month, the meeting starts at 10:00 and end at 11:30AM. Meeting take place in the Forsythe-Curran Chapel at Mary Wade and are supervised by a nurse trained by the Alzheimer's Association.
Meetings are free of charge.
