This elegant evening of fine wines and cuisine of the Pacific Northwest will feature:
Thomas Matthews, Executive Editor, Wine Spectator, as our host and "guide" for the wines served;
World-renowned wines from a variety of vineyards owned by Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, including Columbia Crest, Col Solare, Chateau Ste. Michelle, Erath and Northstar;
Celebrity guest chef John Sarich, host of the television show Best of Taste, author of several cookbooks, and Chateau Ste. Michelle's culinary director and executive chef; and
Desiree Fontaine of WTNH Channel 8's Connecticut Style as auctioneer
