New Haven Style Pizza Making

You want to learn how to make New Haven Style Pizza at home in your electric or gas oven?  Ever wonder why New Haven Style Pizza tastes so good?  

First class will show you how to make the dough, how to assemble the pizza including stretching the dough, topping the pizza with sauce, adding mozzarella cheese and finishing it off with some fresh Pecorino Romano grated cheese and olive oil.  

Second day, you will learn how to launch a pizza in your oven, how to turn the pizza for an evenly baked crust and how to properly let it cool and slice it up to eat.  Spirnkled in we will touch on some pizza lingo, a little history of New Haven Pizza and a bunch of other tips and tricks along the way.

All ingredients and supplies included. For day 2, participant are invited to bring any additional topping(s) they might want to add to their pizza.
