DESCRIPTION:In July, Elon Musk's Open AI initiative released an  A
 PI to access a new unsupervised natural language model called GPT-3. 
 Remarkably, it contains 175 billion parameters and was trained on mass
 ive amounts of text from the Internet. By predicting what text can ap
 propriately supplement a given prompt, it can generate coherent natur
 al text responses on endless topics. \nIn this talk, we will introduc
 e the API and discuss its potential for creative use by makers. We wil
