Experience the process from start to finish, beginning with choosing a pattern and knotting the fabric, and moving to submerging, rinsing, and revealing your work!
This workshop is designed for people who have never tried this medium, so join us and give it a go! We will have set patterns ready for you to try, so all you need to bring is your own white fabric to play with. The organic nature of the dye makes for beautiful patterns and shades of blue, and we get to experience working with a living material from the natural world. Join us at MakeHaven as we play with the lively dye and make gorgeous shades of blue!
Note: all fabrics must be either 100% cotton or 100% linen. Any fabric with even a small amount of polyester, or other type of blend, will sadly not dye. Bring your old white clothes or even bedsheets to cut up and reimagine!
Tickets: $40
Creative Arts Workshop Members: $36
MakeHaven Members: $34
