 Shift Change: Community Policing in New Haven at the New Haven Documen
 tary Film Festival at 6:30 p.m. on June 4 at the Whitney Humanities Ce
 nter at 53 Wall Street, New Haven. After the 60-minute film, there wil
 l be a panel discussion about policing moderated by Paul Bass of the N
 ew Haven Independent and including Interim New Haven Police Chief Oton
 iel Reyes, community activist Barbara Fair, Project Longevity Director
  Stacy Spell and myself, the director.\nThe purpose of making and show
 ing the film is to help foster a discussion in our community aimed at 
 improving the relationship between the police and the people, and aime
 d at coming up with new ideas for improving policing in the city.\nPle
 ase come to the premiere and, also, please, forward this invitation to
  anybody you think might be interested in attending.\nAlso, after the 
 premiere, we plan on showing the film to smaller groups in New Haven's
  neighborhoods and anywhere else where people want to show it. So plea
