Join filmmaker Steve Hamm as we screen his documentary Shift Change. New Haven Police Department has made a commitment towards building ties and working with members of the community. Hamm’s camera follows the police on the job and in interviews along with commentary from members of the community. How is the strategy working in light of high profile incidences of violence associated with policing around the nation? The film is 60 minutes. Afterward stay for a question and answer session with the director.
