Boot Camp & Exercise work out

 There are a group of people in the neighborhood that would like to start an exercise class with a trained professional. Any person will be accommodated no matter your ability or sizes. The classes will be adjusted for different age groups, ranges of ability and health needs. Hi Joan, From what I have gathered it seems that Monday Wed at 7:00am to 7:45am works for the people who have shown interest. What time frame were you looking at?

I have to be at work by 7:30am.
So, honestly, it'd have to be like 5am or after 7:30pm. Which I realize is not realistic for other people's schedules.

Yup, you're right...not realistic for others..I, on the other hand, am up but baking....after 7:30 pm I am pretty much brain dead....

Well. If you end up doing it in the evenings let me know, I might be able to swing one night a week at 5:30 or so.
