I.    Welcome & Introductions

II.    Ming Site presentation.

• A new ming site is now up and running and we held a quick orientation about the site. This site will help us communicate even better. More training and assitance learning how to use the site will soon follow.

III.    Work Group Updates

• Each work group shared details about events planning and meeting plans.

IV.    Work group discription needed for each group.

V.    Calendar events for each work group needed.

VI.    New Haven Quality of Life survey

• This is a tool to help residents share information than can help our city plan. The survey will help community leaders take action on consensus issues that can improve our neighborhoods’ our sense of community, and overall safety. The Survey and process will provide a starting point for each CMT and/or neighborhood to form their own plan of action around local quality of life concerns. PLEASE TAKE THE SURVEY!

VII.    CSNA Fall Festival coordinating committee.
