Welcome to Chatham Square online. We have many historic homes and other structures in the neighborhood. I hope the NHPT will consider doing a tour of our neighborhood or perhaps even a fundraiser in one of the homes or buildings in this part of New Haven. Let me know if there is interest in either idea.
Thanks for the interest in our neighborhood. Several realtors, mainly from H.P earce, have benefitted from our neighborhood revitalization efforts. Perhaps they would be willing to collaborate with The Trust by sponsoring a neighborhood tour.
My house, 29 Clinton Avenue is available for a fundraiser if you wish. We can easily have 30-35 people in the house and more than twice that number if we do something in the yard. It just so happen that there is a public parking lot on Grand Avenue about 150 ft. from the house. If you are ever in the neighborhood just drop by, if Sarah and I are not home feel free to sit on the porch swing and enjoy the view of the flowers or the children playing in the Strong School playground.
