Hi Chatham Square neighbors!
I posted a few weeks ago about the tree planting, lead remediation, and ways you can get involved with the Urban Resources Initiative's Greenspace this summer.
Our first planting day is tomorrow at 5:30 at 51 Downing.
If you missed our first meeting last week, it is definitely not too late to get involved. We plan to meet every Friday through the first week of August at 5:30.

People living around Chatham Square have been planting trees, cleaning up the park, removing dangerous lead from the soils in front yards - among countless other activities!! - with the Urban Resources Initiative (URI) since 1995, the year URI started. This is an impressive legacy.
We want to continue the work this year.
