FHCHC Community Health Fiesta

Fair Haven Community Health Care (FHCHC) is excited to invite the community to its Community Health Fiesta on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at 374 Grand Avenue, New Haven.

This free, family-friendly event will bring together neighbors, staff, and community partners to celebrate fall, enjoy music and food, and explore FHCHC’s new building through self-guided tours.

Attendees can look forward to:
• Delicious food and family activities
• Live music by Bomba!
• Flu vaccines available on site
• Opportunities to learn about FHCHC’s programs and services

“The Community Health Fiesta is a celebration of connection, wellness, and community pride,” said Dr. Suzanne Lagarde, CEO of Fair Haven Community Health Care. “We’re excited to open our doors and welcome everyone to explore our beautiful new health center, learn about our programs and services, and connect with the many community partners who help us care for Fair Haven.”
