Happy Spring! Many of New Haven Farms’ volunteer opportunities open up in the spring, as we look for volunteers to help out on our farms. The Farm-Based Wellness Program starts in late-May, and we need program volunteers on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and evenings, in addition to continued farm volunteering.
New Haven Farms exists because of volunteers like you who want to be a part of something great. Whether it’s… Continue

Since I could not stay for the entire meeting, I wanted to add my suggestion for a new use of the Strong School.
Despite the diversity of the neighborhood on both sides of the river, we don't have the variety of retail that I personally would like to see. There used to be a lot of good stores on both sides and both ends of the Bridge, but some were lost to fire and some to development. Fair Haven has a lot of retail, but Fair Haven Heights does not.
