A new multilingual Web site was designed to help CT residents with very low income find help for their legal problems.
We are a network of nonprofit organizations that provide free legal assistance in civil matters to low-income persons. Eligibility depends upon income, family size, assets and legal issue.
In addition to individual legal advice and representation, the legal services programs help clients, community groups, and providers through free trainings, pamphlets and other information.
