Get ready for a brew-tiful evening with fellow fermentation enthusiasts! Whether you are a seasoned pro or just curious about how grain becomes beer, this is an open space to gather, learn, and share the love of craft brewing. We are focusing on a collaborative brewing experience where the community comes together to create something delicious.
What to Expect
This month, we are diving into the world of dark lagers. Stop by any time during the event to see the process in action. This is a drop-in friendly session, so feel free to stay for the whole brew or just pop in for a bit to ask questions and see the setup. We will be crafting a favorite dark lager recipe while talking shop about temperature control and lager techniques.
Beers and Cheers
Sharing is half the fun! Feel free to bring a couple of your own favorite beers or meads to share with the group. It is a great way to celebrate diverse local flavors and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow brewers. Cheers to good times and great brews!
What to Bring
Tasting Samples: Optional, but feel free to bring a commercial or homebrewed favorite to share.
Curiosity: No prior brewing experience is required.
Note Taking Gear: If you want to snag the recipe or process notes for your own home setup.
Who Should Join
Everyone is welcome! Whether you have been homebrewing for years or have never seen a mash tun before, this meetup is about inclusivity and learning together. Join us to foster a community that appreciates both the art and the science of brewing.
