The kids typically go home after this event and it is still a couple of hours before it gets dark to I do not think your decoration time will be impacted.

Does this mean we aren't doing Halloween in the evening or that the kids will then go through the neighborhood at 3pm? Just wondering as it takes me a while to set up my house and I am worried I will have kids at my door while trying to set up house before dark or reduced numbers in the evening.
