Please join us as we celebrate the opening of 50 Grand Avenue!
50 Grand Avenue is our newest location, and will help us continue serving the Fair Haven community with primary care, dental, counseling, and women's health services.
Tours and refreshments will follow opening remarks by our administration and local leaders.
