Event Description
Groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the start of construction on Phase I of the Quinnipiac Avenue Re-do Project. Phase One of the project stretches from Ferry Street to Clifton Street and will feature a variety of traffic calming measures, including a roundabout, chicanes and bumpouts.
