Join one of Fair Haven Community Health Care's beloved medical providers to enjoy the fall weather, the Fair Haven neighborhood, and some healthy tips! We'll be taking a leisurely stroll through our beautiful neighborhood with a break midway. Meet some neighbors and learn some tips to stay healthy! Be sure to dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes. See you there! Rain date: September 28th, 9am.
