Hello All!
My name is Kimberly Gill and I am looking to move down to New Haven (ideally Fair Haven neighborhood) this September. I am searching for a 1 or 2 bedroom first floor apartment - with backyard access. I have a one year old rescue puppy (golden retreiver/australian shepherd mix) who is friendly and well-trained. My budget is up to $1000/month. We are both very clean, respectful, and I am a non-smoker.

Welcome to Chatham Square online. If you are interested in an apartment in the area keep an eye on the blog post on this site or you may post a blog describing the living situation you are seeking. Apartments in the area are also listed on Zillow and on Craig's List New Haven. The only place I know is on the market right now is a house that is being leased out by a Yale Professor going on sabbatical. It is modern, has great views, 3 bed room, 2 & 1/2 bath.
