ON Sunday the 28 my neighbors dog got out.. she is a a very tiny Chihuahua , she is tan and white. and she looks like she is sick in her eyes but she is not she is just very sensitive to the light.. WE have been looking for days and yesterday a women told his a lady was walking around trying to give one away. this is a very special dog it belongs to her daughter.. please call Elizabeth with any information 203-768-1047
