Mary Wade Plans for New Project

Dear Fair Haven Neighbor,
Mary Wade has been planning new construction on the block across the street on Pine Street, opposite our main building. This new building will be used to replace our existing 50-unit assisted living entity, which currently is in the older building on Clinton Avenue. It will also have a memory care unit for 20 individuals and an assisted living section to accommodate 20 individuals.
We have made application to the City of New Haven, Board of Zoning Appeals, for various permissions to construct this building and use the property at 113 Pine Street for excess parking.
We are pleased to invite you to Mary Wade, in our Adult Day Center, for a special presentation of our expansion project. The Neighborhood Meeting will take place next Wednesday, October 12, 2016 beginning at 6:00PM. The meeting will include a presentation of the project, and we would like to gain your feedback, as well as answer any questions you have regarding the project.
