NHCM: Fair Haven Community Meeting for the CJGJF

Hello everyone, 

My name is Kiana Flores and I am a senior at Cooperative Arts and Humanities High School. I am also a member of New Haven Climate Movement. We are a youth-led climate change activism group and one of our projects is advocating our Climate Justice and Green Jobs Fund (CJGJF). This proposal advocates for the city to allocate 0.2% of the budget towards climate-mitigation action. 

We’d like to hear from different New Haven communities about our proposal. So, we’re inviting you to attend our Zoom presentation April 14th at 5:30p (flyer attached below) to discuss the proposal and what it could mean for communities such as Fair Haven.
