St. James Episcopal Church Challenge Grant

We at St. James have been blessed with the generous gift of a challenge grant. For one year, up to a total of $10,000, which ever happens first, our anonymous donor will match whatever comes in above $1700 in a given month. So, if for example, in July our incoming donations are $1800 our challenger will match that extra $100. Our challenger would also match an overage of $1.00, and yet would definitely rather we think bigger than that! We St. James folk are committed to being a supportive, life-giving, hopeful and hospitable presence here in Fair Haven Heights. We take to heart Jesus's commandment to love God and our neighbors as ourselves. We love sharing our particular gifts of music, and the resources we bring through our faith, worship and even the very building that houses us. If you would like to join us in stepping up to this generous challenge grant, we would gladly welcome gifts of any amount and will keep you posted on how we are doing. A donation check can be made out to St. James Episcopal Church and sent to St James at 62 East Grand Avenue New Haven CT 06513. All people are always welcome at our 9:30 a.m. Worship service on Sunday mornings.
