*Gain an understanding of trauma and its impact on
individuals and communities.
*Develop skills to recognize trauma-related signs and
symptoms in your friends and family.
*Learn practical strategies to respond compassionately and
support survivors of trauma.
*Explore mental health techniques to enhance your well-being
as a community advocate.
