he world famous 6th Waucoma yacht club “Wild local game dinner”. The food is really good and is a bargain. Wine, beer is included in the price but if it is ok to bring your favorite wine or beer if you prefer.

Hors d’ouevres
- Fresh locally grown fruit and select cheese platter

- Pheasant liver pate with Chabaso Bakery baguettes

- “Stu’s” smoked fish, all caught locally.

- Pheasant salad with dried cranberries, curry and chestnuts

- Jeff’s special be-deviled eggs

- Smoked venison kielbasa steamed in beer with horse radish or mustard

- Pheasant thighs baked in a marinade of locally grown garlic, red wine and spices

Soup Course
- Duck Gumbo and Venison chili

Entrees
- Tender yearling venison stew with carrots, shitake mushrooms and braised onions in a yummy red wine reduction seasoned with rosemary.

- Goose sausage in a great Northern Bean Cassoulet steeped in white wine, garlic and fresh thyme

- From the deep Blue Sea - Kurt’s famous stuffed Blackfish and Hot striper cakes with tartar sauce and homemade coleslaw.
