Once again Fair Haven Community Health Care has been recognized as a high achieving health center by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HRSA), and has received the gold level designation. This places FHCHC in the top 10% of the 1,400 community health centers across the country and reflects our strong commitment to high quality clinical care. The full announcement can be found here.
We are proud and happy to have FHCHC as a community partner and a major employer in our community.

Nathaniel,
Welcome to Chatham Square online. We are very happy to have a member of the CIty Seed staff join our online community. Please post any calendared events, information (in the blog) pictures or video that you want to share with the community. This website is a great way to stay in touch with people who, live in, work or for some other reason love this little section of Fair Haven.
If City Seed is interested in reaching the broader community through nonprofits you might want to consider joining www.gnhcommunity.ning.com Staff members of over 350 local nonprofits belong to this site. Events, information, pictures and video shared on that site go to about 1800+ people in a network of folks interested in the "good" things that are happening in Greater New Haven and what they can do to be a part of building local community.
On both sites it is important to always include information about how people can act to support what you are doing -- make it easy for them to get back to you web page where they can act on your request to give, participate or volunteer.
If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me at 203.668.7074.
