What Im looking for is an ongoing professional relationship. Along Grand Ave we are developing a stronger business district. First we need to create a logo that we can brand. "Grand Ave Special Services District", or "welcome to grand ave" something along those lines.
A logo that looks good on banners hanging from lightpoles, websites, newspaper ads etc. then I have several additional districts throughout New Haven. But 1 at a time

This idea is in the works. I was contacted by Robert Fecke who is a long time resident of the neighborhood and business owner of Reclamation Lumber on Grand Avenue. Like myself, Mr. Fecke is overwhelmed with the amount of litter accumulated at various sites in Fair Haven. In fact, he is so fed up with it he has volunteered 2 workers, 1 vehicle and supplies toward the clean-up effort. Hi Tom,

Some of the items that are talked about in these meetings, I do not understand, but I am willing to learn, but I will not openly admit that in a meeting.

I have lived in Fairhaven, since April 1991, but never got involved. David Hunter mentioned that I should come to one meeting, and now I am interested in helping to make a better neighborhood.
