We saw our first robin of the season this weekend and we know that means the annual CSNA Spring/Easter Festival is just around the corner.  The Festival will be held on Saturday, March 31^st at 1:00 p.m. at Chatham Square Park.  It is a great opportunity for our diverse neighborhood to celebrate the end of winter and to welcome Spring.  The festival is in its 10^th year and was started by the Janke family of Downing Street.  They moved…
