IMPORTANT Community Survey
CARE, the Community Alliance for Research & Engagement is working to understand more about the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in New Haven, particularly among people of color.
Participation in this survey will help CARE and their community partners to better respond to the pandemic here in our community. Participants will also be entered into a raffle to win one of three $250 gift cards. The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete. We greatly appreciate the input and feedback.
