Neighborhood Tree Planting Groups Need Our Help
Neighborhood residents on Atwater, Clinton and Front need your help on one or more of the following dates to beautify our neighborhood, calm traffic and increase property values. These are the documented benefits of increasing the number of trees in our neighborhood.
Wednesday 7/20 the Atwater St. group will be planting trees and plants on Atwater St. near Grand Avenue
Thursday 7/21 the Front St. group will be planting a tree at Dover Beach Park near Bailey St
Wednesday 7/27 the Atwater group will be [planting two trees on Clinton Avenue near Grand Avenue
Thursday 7/27 the Front St. group will be doing tree maintenance at Dover Beach Park
All tools, trees, plants and technical assistance provided by the Urban Resources Initiative, Yale School of Forestry. Work sessions begin at 6pm and end by 8pm. You are welcome to help in any way you can.
