We know that many of you are still profoundly feeling the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the accompanying economic recession. Our fall semester has just started, and we are available to offer free legal services to those in need due to the pandemic once again. 

 

We are now able to offer new services (free of charge) that may be of interest to you in the coming weeks and months, as you navigate an entirely new business landscape, face tough decisions about the road ahead, and move from disaster response toward economic recovery.

 

These services include:

• Advising on regulatory aspects of business reopening to ensure compliance with state and local health guidelines  
• Starting a new business or reorienting an old one  
• Restructuring debts in order to get a business back on its feet  
• Interpreting forgiveness requirements for loans obtained during the pandemic shutdown   
• Navigating commercial eviction proceedings, as needed
