What Insulation Can Do

We recently completed the insulation at 13 Lewis St. Not the ordinary fiberglass or cellulose, though. This is sprayed in foam, the most important energy-saving feature you can add to an old house. You can see from the pictures that it fills the gaps between the studs completely, providing a continuous barrier against wind and vapor. Yoga at Quinnipiac Terrace

We had a great first beginners Yoga class at Quinnipiac terrace this morning. CSNA & Quinnipiac Terrace have partnered to create this neighborhood event.
