NEW HAVEN CITY PLAN COMMISSION HEARING

I second another neighbor who was also served the paperwork about a Public Hearing concerning 213 Front street to be granted special permit for more than 500 SF of outdoor storage for boats, but also RVs, and storage containers!  

See attached copy of the letter we received at 208 Front.

Community input needed at New Haven City Plan Commission meeting on Thursday, May 19

Neighbors,

River Front Development, LLC has applied to use their property for the storage of boats, RVs, containers, etc. This property in the past has been cited for unsightly collections of decaying boats, vehicles and other eyesores.
