Here is some more important information about the storm cleanup:

•    If you have yard debris from Isaias storm, the Department of Public Works will take any debris from your curb that is four inches in diameter, and up to six feet in length. Please pile it neatly. DPW will pick up debris in your area on your normal trash pickup day next week.
•    If you do not have electricity, it is recommended that you throw away any perishable foods after four hours without refrigeration.

•    If you need a place to stay cool, all New Haven Free Public Libraries (NHFPL) will be open during regular business hours. 
•    If you need to preserve medication, the City will provide one-gallon bags of ice to those that need it for medication preservation.
