Fair Haven Community Healthcare is offering: Keep Your Community Safe lawn signs (see below). You need only request one or two signs by writing to ChathamSquareNeighborhood@gmail.com with your:
- Name,
- Address and
- Number of signs you want (max. 2).
To insure we get the correct count please write "lawn sign" in the subject line of your email and you must respond by 6pm tomorrow: Tuesday, August 3.
This offer is made to CSNA members however you may request a lawn sign for a neighbor who want one. If other folks you know are interested in a sign they should contact FHCHC directly.
I hope you will join us in this effort to remind ourselves and our neighbors of the things we must do to keep ourselves, com family and our community safe.
