Yoga at Quinnipiac Terrace

We had a great first beginners Yoga class at Quinnipiac terrace this morning. CSNA & Quinnipiac Terrace have partnered to create this neighborhood event. Four people ( 2 men & 2 women) participiated for one hour. We have 10 slots available and the equipment is there supplied by a grant from CARE. The instructor is very good and skilled. I read the attached NY Times article and thought of the CSNA's efforts to reduce the speed of traffic in Fair Haven. We have numerous senior housing complexes in Fair Haven alone, Ruoppolo, FairBanks, RiverRun, and Saltonstall, in addtion to Mary Wade.
