A woman called the cops after seeing a dirt biker tear down Norton Street. Carlos Conceicao and Josh Kyle turned the corner wondering if the call was about the biker they’d been looking for. They had a “ghost” of an idea of how to catch him—on foot.

The idea: collect information to produce “ghost warrants.” And show that cops without wheels can have the last laugh.

The halls of the Fair Haven School were filled this afternoon with the music of J.S. So... this is just to inform that your Webmaster as of October 1st finally has immigrated to CSNA country...  I often tell people that Fair Haven is like Manhattan... just think that Mill River = Hudson River ,  Quinnipiac River = East River, Ferry Street = Broadway ,  Grand Avenue = 34th street.   Using that New York City reference I have moved North from the Bottling Works Condominium in "Wall Street" area to the  Upper East Side...   



I don't know yet how long I will be residing…
